Job Description

1. Testing & Analysis

Conduct analysis of
raw materials, intermediates, in-process samples, and finished products
.
Perform analysis using laboratory instruments such as
HPLC, GC, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, FTIR, Karl Fischer, pH meter
, etc.
Execute
dissolution, assay, content uniformity, impurity profiling
, and sample preparations.
Analyze
stability samples
as per stability protocols.

2. Documentation & Compliance

Maintain
proper documentation
in logbooks, test data sheets, COAs, and analytical reports.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with
GDP and cGMP
requirements.
Support in
SOP preparation, revision, and implementation
.
Ensure ALCOA+ principles are followed in day-to-day operations.

3. Instrument Handling & Calibration

Operate, calibrate, and maintain analytical instruments.
Record calibration and preventive maintenance activities.
Immediately report instrument breakdowns and coordinate for servicing.

4. Quality Systems Support

Participate in
deviation handling, OOS/OOT investigation
, and CAPA implementation.
Support internal and external audits (FDA, GMP, ISO, FSSAI, etc.).
Review batch records and test results to ensure compliance
