Executive Purchase (1 year, Operations, Mollargate)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Purchase with minimum 1 year of experience in procurement and vendor management. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Tally for creating purchase orders, skilled in vendor development, and capable of ensuring timely delivery of goods through strong follow-ups. The role also requires Excel proficiency, a basic understanding of operational workflows, and excellent negotiation and convincing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Purchase Order Management: Create and manage purchase orders on Tally and ensure accurate documentation.

· Vendor Management: Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with vendors while ensuring cost-effective procurement.

· Vendor Development: Source new vendors, negotiate pricing, and ensure quality compliance.

· Timely Procurement: Conduct rigorous follow-ups to ensure goods are received on time and meet quality standards.

· Operations Understanding: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure procurement aligns with organizational needs.

· Negotiation & Persuasion: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms while ensuring vendors deliver on time and meet agreed specifications.

· Relationship Management: Maintain cordial yet firm relationships with vendors to ensure efficiency in procurement processes.

· Problem-Solving: Address and resolve vendor-related disputes and delays proactively.

· Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and maintain proper purchase records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
