Role Overview: The Lead Generation & Data Management Executive will be responsible for identifying and listing potential leads across various segments where the company plans to expand. This includes researching new markets, identifying decision-makers, and collecting verified contact details. In addition, the individual will maintain and manage all HORECA-related data including lead progress, team task follow-ups, and CRM updates. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Research and list prospective clients across various target segments (corporates, boutique hotels, cafés, institutions, health centers, airlines, etc.). Identify key decision-makers within organizations using platforms like LinkedIn, company websites, directories, and trade portals. Collect and validate accurate contact information (email, phone, designation). Create segment-wise lead databases. Data Management & Coordination: Maintain the master HORECA lead database with accurate and real-time updates. Track movement of leads through the sales pipeline (initial contact, demo requested, pricing sent, negotiation, closed/won/lost). Regularly follow up with the sales team for status updates and task completions. Ensure CRM or Google Sheet-based databases are properly maintained and accessible to stakeholders.
