Are you passionate about music, visual storytelling, and content curation Join Songdew TV, India's first 24x7 indie music channel, and help shape a new era of music television by curating, creating, and packaging powerful video content that resonates with a young, music-loving audience. As the Executive Producer at Songdew TV, you will be the creative and production force behind some of the most exciting content on indie music television. From ideating music-based formats to supervising production and post-production, you will own the entire journey of turning ideas into impactful visuals. Your responsibilities will include content curation, selecting the best of India's indie music for video programming aligned with Songdew TV's brand positioning. You will also be responsible for conceptualizing short-format video shows, interviews, behind-the-scenes, and artist features that are fresh, smart, and snackable. Additionally, you will oversee shoots and content creation both in-house and through external partners or production houses. Working closely with editors on the final packaging of programs to ensure slick storytelling, tight cuts, and high-quality visuals will also be part of your role. Collaborating with promo editors and motion designers to create exciting show teasers, trailers, and channel IDs will be essential. You will own the entire pipeline from concept to final broadcast, managing calendars, timelines, quality checks, and delivery. The ideal candidate will have 12 years of experience working with a production house, media company, or digital platform, along with education in Mass Communication / Media Studies / Film & TV Production. A deep interest in music and video content creation is necessary, along with the ability to think both creatively and logistically. Exposure to working with editors, production teams, and on-ground shoots is required. Being organized and deadline-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple formats and calendars, is crucial for success in this role.
