As a professional in the role based in Bangalore, your responsibilities will include working on flexi claims and reimbursements on a monthly basis, handling performance bonuses and quarterly incentives, ensuring on-time preparation and release of full and final settlements, addressing employee queries promptly, managing quarterly and annual returns and ensuring timely filing, engaging in year-end activities like Investment & flexi declarations, proof collections, Form 16 generation, collaborating with vendors on meal and gift vouchers, and actively participating in internal Audits to ensure zero non-compliances. To excel in this role, you must be proficient in MS Excel, possess experience with accounting software such as Tally or SAP, exhibit excellent communication skills, have a good understanding of various statutory and labour compliances, and hold a graduate/postgraduate degree, preferably in commerce or science.
