Job Title : Executive - Master Health Checkup

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Executive to coordinate and manage all activities related to our Master Health Checkup program. The role involves ensuring a smooth patient experience, liaising with various departments, and maintaining accurate records for efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and guide patients through the Master Health Checkup process.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and diagnostic departments for timely tests and consultations.
• Provide information to patients about packages, procedures, and reports.
• Maintain records of daily checkups and generate reports for management.
• Handle patient feedback and ensure a positive service experience.
• Assist in billing and payment coordination for health check packages.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with hospital policies.

Qualification :

• MHA, MBA in relevant specialization.

Experience : 1 - 5 years
