Executive - Lab Dispatch

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, pack, and dispatch material samples as per internal or client requirements.
• Ensure proper labeling, sealing, and safe packaging of samples.
• Coordinate with courier partners and transporters for timely pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain detailed records of all sample dispatches: dispatch register, tracking details, acknowledgments, etc.
• Communicate with the Sales Team and logistics teams to plan daily dispatch schedules.
• Handle urgent dispatches with priority and track until delivery confirmation.
• Follow all SOPs related to lab dispatch and sample handling.
• Ensure cold chain or special condition dispatches (if applicable) are managed properly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispatch area.
• Assist in inventory checks for dispatch-related materials like bottles, pouches, boxes, ice packs, etc.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum Graduate (Science stream preferred: B.Sc, B.Pharm, etc.)
• 1–2 years of experience in lab dispatch
• Basic understanding of lab safety and handling of sensitive samples
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with courier systems and MS Excel for record-keeping
• Attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs strictly

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
