Executive for Hosp.pharmacy

Assist customers in locating products and medications, answering their inquiries, and offering suitable alternatives if needed.

Receive and process prescription orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to pharmacy protocols and regulatory guidelines.

Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are dispensed promptly and ready for pick-up within the promised time frame.

Handle cash and electronic transactions for medication sales and provide customers with accurate billing information.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy counter and surrounding areas.

Educate customers on medication usage, potential side effects, and any necessary precautions.

Collaborate with pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to resolve any customer concerns or issues effectively.

Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and expiration date monitoring.

Stay updated on pharmacy products, services, and promotions to provide valuable information to customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
