As a Production Manager in our company, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Responsible for document management including BMRs, BPRs, and master SOPs. - Preparation and review of master documents of production. - Ensuring UAF working in the area. - Handling change control, deviations, investigations, and CAPA. - Providing training to subordinates, technicians, and operators. - Performing line clearance activities before operations. - Checking records and logbooks related to aseptic manufacturing. - Preparation, review, revision, control, and implementation of standard operating procedures. - Ensuring cleaning and sanitization of General, Controlled & Aseptic areas. - Reporting any observations or disturbances to the department functional head. - Monitoring activities in different areas. - Ensuring qualification and calibration status of equipment and instruments. - Attending training sessions as per schedule and following guidelines. Your skills should include proficiency in: - Filling, stoppering, and sealing - Equipment operation & cleaning (CIP/SIP) - Dispensing - Sterilization through Autoclave - Mixing - Decartoning - Washing - Terminal Sterilization - Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) - Batch documentation and record review - Cleaning & Line Clearance - People Management & Team Leadership You should possess the following qualifications: - M.Pharm./ B.Pharm./ M.Sc. - Experience: 3-7 years - Experience in the Manufacturing of Injectable Products Please note that you are expected to follow cGMP, Good Document Practice, and maintain discipline within the company premises.,
