You will be responsible for ensuring the production of a quality product and maintaining a quality system within the plant. This includes conducting preventive and breakdown maintenance of all plant machinery and utility systems. Your role will involve overseeing mechanical work in all plants, reviewing calibration and preventive maintenance activities, and ensuring the availability of utilities for the production department. Additionally, you will be responsible for GMP audit compliance, allocation of manpower, routine breakdown maintenance, procurement of spare parts, and inventory monitoring. Furthermore, you will monitor housekeeping records, coordinate with the Manager for maintenance-related activities, and engage in QMS activities. Your responsibilities will also include determining internal and external QEHS issues, implementing EQHS policy and objectives, ensuring worker participation and consultation, and identifying and communicating incidents and non-conformities for corrective actions. You will oversee the work permit system during maintenance activities, implement QEHS continual improvement projects, and ensure proper waste disposal practices.
