Known for quality, knowledge, and innovation, the company offers a diverse range of products including brand labels for innerwear, outerwear, men's wear, women's wear, infants, and children's wear. **Key Responsibilities:** - Meet with customers to understand their preferences regarding fashion trends, brands, pricing, and comfort across different age groups. - Gather store input to represent the consumer's voice effectively. - Regularly visit stores to stay updated on consumer demands. - Conduct research and trend analysis to develop ideas and concepts for upcoming seasonal ranges. - Create Tech packs and ensure timely submission to vendors or factories with all necessary details. - Oversee sample production to ensure accuracy and timeliness. - Manage product placement in terms of time and location (VM). - Inform staff about new collections or ranges. **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in software skills such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Arah Paint, CorelDRAW, Sketchbook, Microsoft Office, Weave Point, and Point Care. - Strong creative skills including drawing, painting, pattern making, stitching, weaving, embroidery, tie & dye, print & surface design, and sketching (both hand & digital). - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in apparel designing.
