Executive - Debt Management Services - Rural
About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Executive for Debt Management Services focused on rural markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing debt recovery strategies, fostering relationships with rural clients, and ensuring timely collections in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities

Implement and oversee debt management and recovery processes in assigned rural areas.

Coordinate with clients, field executives, and internal teams to ensure efficient collections and resolution of overdue accounts.

Analyze debtor profiles and recommend appropriate recovery solutions.

Visit clients in rural areas to negotiate and facilitate debt settlements.

Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and report progress to management.

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all debt management activities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with rural customers to promote good credit behavior and minimize future defaults.

Provide regular feedback and insights to management on field challenges and opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

1-3 years of experience in debt management, collections, or financial services, preferably in rural markets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to travel frequently within designated rural regions.

Proficiency in local languages and understanding of rural market dynamics is an advantage.

Work Environment

Field-based role with regular travel to rural client locations.
