Job description Preparing& analysis Plant wise, Segment wise, department wise and Brand wise report Co- ordinate with various stake Holder to get data on time. Preparing and analysis all type of report of sale, production, consumption, Physical verification & primary & secondary scheme report of sales. Preparing Plant wise PPT Presentations and present to the management. Working with SAP Hana ERP, Advance excels, MS Access, power BI & power point is must. Historical Data Management. Store & Retrieve history data in MS access database. Analyze present data with historical data as per requirement. Monthly analysis direct & indirect cost. Preparation different type of MIS reporting for internal as well as external proposes through using advance excel like VLOOKUP , power Pivot table, Data Validation, Index, Match, chats & Macros. Coordinate the preparation of Financial Statements, Financial Reports for internal usage. Clear Though Process/Excel Knowledge/ Presentation skills/ Data accuracy skills are mandatory.
