We are seeking multifaceted engineers and managers to join this dynamic journey and contribute meaningfully across product innovation, site operations, and project delivery.

Role Overview

The role involves handling end-to-end execution and development in our engineering and construction verticals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, design, marketing, and business leadership to deliver engineering excellence from the drawing board to the execution site.

Key Responsibilities

Construction Management & Onsite Installation

• Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring efficient and safe operations
• Supervise installation of prefabricated components in line with engineering drawings
• Conduct site audits for safety, quality, and compliance
• Coordinate with clients and consultants for approvals, snag rectification, and handover

Key Skills & Competencies

• Exposure to construction management, project execution, or precast technology
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, ERP, and documentation tools
• Excellent communication, team collaboration, and on-site problem-solving skills
• Understanding of building codes, safety norms, and green building practices
