Job Description

You will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and costing as the Kitchen Head in a hotel based in Adoor. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing and supervising the kitchen staff - Planning and organizing the menu - Ensuring the quality and presentation of dishes - Controlling costs and minimizing wastage To qualify for this position, you should have a degree in Hotel Management and expertise in special food preparation, particularly in South Indian cuisine. Additionally, you should have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. About the Company: The company is based in Adoor and specializes in South Indian cuisine. As a Kitchen Head, you will be expected to work full-time with shift timings from 8am to 2pm and 7pm to 10pm. The company offers a yearly bonus as part of its benefits package. Please note that this position is open to male candidates only. Education: - Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management is preferred Experience: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in preparing South Indian dishes is preferred Ability to commute/relocate: - You should be able to reliably commute to Pathanamthitta, Kerala or be willing to relocate before starting work Work Location: - This is an in-person role at the company's location,
