Executive / Assistant Manager Academics (Animation 2D, 3D, VFX & Graphics)

Reliance Animation Academy is looking for an Executive / Assistant Manager Academics specializing in Animation (2D & 3D), VFX, and Graphics. As part of this role, you will be responsible for overseeing academic operations, maintaining curriculum quality, and providing faculty training at franchisee centers nationwide. The ideal candidate should possess practical experience with industry-standard tools like Autodesk Maya, Blender, After Effects, Photoshop, and Toon Boom, along with a minimum of 2-4 years of academic coordination or animation education background. As an Executive / Assistant Manager Academics at Reliance Animation Academy, you will be tasked with managing academic operations for Animation (2D & 3D), VFX, and Graphics programs at various franchisee centers. This includes implementing academic calendars, timetables, and innovative curriculum plans, as well as monitoring student progress, assessing creative projects, and upholding quality standards. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring faculty members in animation production workflows and software tools, organizing faculty development programs, workshops, and webinars, and ensuring the timely submission of academic reports and records. The successful candidate for this position should hold a degree in Animation, VFX, Graphics, or a related creative field, coupled with 2-4 years of experience in academic coordination or education management within the animation/VFX industry. Proficiency in at least two industry tools such as Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, or Toon Boom is essential. Moreover, strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills are required, along with familiarity with academic MIS and SOPs.
