Executive Architect Liaison

As a Liaison Officer with over 10 years of experience in residential, commercial, mixed-use, and industrial projects, you will be responsible for project feasibilities and scrutinizing architectural drawings according to Municipal norms for PMC, PMRDA, and PCMC authorities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Checking working drawings and coordinating with consultants for various residential and mixed-use projects in and around Pune. - Demonstrating understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems, and site requirements. To qualify for this role, you should have a B.Arch or Diploma in Architecture.
