Skills & Experience required:
Any graduate having 2 to 3 years experience in education, hospital, hotels & malls sector, or any other service sector shall be preferred.

Responsibilities**:

• Manage administrative tasks and office operations effectively.
• Maintenance - Breakdowns and Repairs & Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM
• Responsible for preparing B.O.Q, collating quotes from vendors for R & M works to be carried out at center level
• Responsible for upkeep of Equipment's & Maintenance history records.
• Responsible for monitoring of Daily equipments checklist, logbooks, service reports
• Responsible for monitoring of Daily electrical consumption, water consumption, & take corrective action to ensure within the approved budget.
• Responsible for on job trainings to MSTs & ensuring laid down SOPs are followed for equipment maintenance.
• Responsible to ensure critical equipment's AMCs renewal related follow ups with vendors and ensuring timely renewal of AMCs.
• Responsible for preparing daily MIS reports as and when required.
• Responsible to make sure the availability of safe drinking water in school by way of ensuring water treatment equipment's are proactively maintained.
• Responsible for all reactive and proactive maintenance work, whilst making sure it is carried out to the highest possible standards across the whole site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
