Executive - Admin Front Desk

Qualification: Any Graduate

Location: Padra near Vadodara

Experience: 2 to 3 Yrs

Salary: 3.00 to 4.00 LPA CTC

Responsibilities:

• Keeping track of inward & outward courier
• Receiving and transferring call to respective person
• Line-up vehicle for staffs
• Liasioning with the service provide contractor
• Organizing vehicle for guest
• Supervise all the garden activity
• Supervise housekeeping at office area
• Maintaining record of attendance of all employees
• Maintaining record of Leave, on duty etc.
• Coordinating with travel agent for booking tickets (Train / Air)
• Keeping record of travel

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of experience in Front Desk & Administration
• Knowledge of Administration Activities
• Preferably female candidate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
