Executive Admin Contractual

Job Description: You will be working as an Executive Admin on a contractual basis for a Third-Party Contractual Employment in Bikaner, Rajasthan. Below are the key terms and benefits associated with this role: - Salary Structure: You will receive a fixed monthly salary as per the rate card, with PF and ESI provided additionally. - Facilities: Food, Accommodation, Local Travel, and PPEs will be arranged for you at the site by Sunsure. - Statutory Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring adherence to PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity (if applicable), CLRA Act, BOCW Act, and Minimum Wages Act. - Insurance: All manpower will be covered under the Workmen Compensation Policy. - Project Developer: You will be working under Sunsure Energy Pvt. Ltd. - Contract Duration: The initial duration of the contract is 11 months, with the possibility of extension based on project progress and your performance. - Notice Period: A 30-day notice period is required by either party for termination. Immediate termination can occur for Safety Violations, Non-Compliance, or Misconduct. Your responsibilities in this role will include: - Managing site admin activities such as attendance, accommodation, and records. - Acting as a liaison for local authorities, vendors, and internal teams.
