Key Responsibilities Press Content & Research: Thoroughly research market trends and topics relevant to our 8 specialist recruitment brands (5 UK, 3 US) Proactively generate strong, newsworthy content that positions our brands as industry leaders Draft and deliver press releases, articles, and thought leadership pieces for distribution Media Relations & Coverage: Actively liaise with media contacts to pitch stories and secure strong, regular press coverage Maintain an understanding of each brand's voice and ensure consistency across all marketing materials Writing & Editing: Produce clear, engaging, and grammatically flawless content that aligns with our brand voices Draft high-quality articles, using AI tools (such as Claude and ChatGPT) as part of the workflow, but with a clear understanding of their limitations Essential Requirements Exceptional command of written and spoken English is essential Must have a Degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations, Media & Communications or similar Copywriting expertise (including press releases) Experience working with UK, US, Canadian and/or Australian clients Strong portfolio showcasing a range of tone and content types Proven ability to work to tight deadlines with strong attention to detail Confident communicator who can bring ideas to the table and take feedback constructively Desirable Skills A track record in a business-to-business environment and securing high quality and consistent press coverage within credible publications Recruitment copywriting or copywriting experience in the recruitment, finance, human resources or within the entrepreneurial leadership environment would be a distinct benefit What We Offer Fully remote working Opportunity to work across multiple brands in the recruitment sector Collaborative team environment with direct access to leadership How to Apply Please submit your application including: Current CV highlighting relevant PR and copywriting experience Cover letter explaining your suitability for the role A selection of your best portfolio pieces, particularly press releases or published articles Ready to join our dynamic team and drive our brand's voice in the press?
