Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Executive to join our growing solar team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our solar products and services, generating qualified leads, and building strong relationships with potential customers. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase solar product awareness. Generate and follow up on leads through field marketing, digital campaigns, and customer visits. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities. Create promotional content for social media, print, and digital platforms. Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and local events. Maintain records of marketing performance and prepare regular reports. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in marketing (experience in the solar industry preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented. Basic knowledge of solar products will be an added advantage.
