Roles & Responsibilities:

Review and analyze clinical documentation related to home health services

Ensure compliance with coding standards and payer-specific requirements
Collaborate with QA and clinical teams for clarifications and documentation accuracy
Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks
Stay updated with changes in home health coding and industry regulations
