Responsibilities:

• Business Growth:

  Grow and maintain a strong merchant network by acquiring new merchants and retaining existing ones. You'll drive acquisition and win-back efforts, ensuring market leadership within your assigned territory.

• Team Leadership:

  Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team. This includes facilitating hiring, providing on-the-job training, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and motivating the team through regular communication of incentives and schemes.

• Strategic Execution:

  Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to leadership. Ensure the proper placement of devices and manage collateral to maximize asset utilization and prevent loss.

• Stakeholder & Partner Management:

  Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing distributors, ensuring their profitability and adherence to company guidelines. You'll also participate in promotional and brand-building activities to enhance customer relationships.

• Data Analysis:

  Use data trackers to analyze business performance and drive growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development and team leadership.

• Strong understanding of sales and market dynamics.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
