Exchange/O365 Administrator

Role Overview: You will be responsible for understanding various aspects of mailbox management such as permissions, auto-forwarding, calendar configurations, and junk configurations. Additionally, you will need to have knowledge about licenses, retention tags, litigation & retention hold, mail restrictions via transport rule, threat policies, mail flow troubleshooting, mailbox troubleshooting, email submissions, SMTP\Graph API email sending solutions, and E-Discovery search & purge. Key Responsibilities: - Understanding and managing mailbox permissions, auto-forwarding, calendar configurations, and junk configurations - Knowledge of licenses related to mailbox management - Implementing retention tags and policies - Handling litigation & retention hold procedures - Setting up mail restrictions via transport rule - Implementing threat policies such as Anti-SPAM and Anti-Phishing measures - Troubleshooting mail flow issues - Resolving mailbox related issues - Managing email submissions - Implementing SMTP\Graph API email sending solutions - Performing E-Discovery search & purge operations Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of mailbox management concepts - Proficiency in managing mailbox permissions and configurations - Knowledge of licensing procedures - Experience in implementing retention tags and policies - Familiarity with litigation & retention hold processes - Ability to troubleshoot mail flow and mailbox related issues - Experience in setting up threat policies for email security - Proficient in handling E-Discovery search & purge operations (Note: The additional details of the company provided in the job description have been omitted as it is not relevant to the role description.),
