They need expertise in C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, .NET MVC, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript . Proficiency in databases, SQL, Entity Framework, and RESTful API design is vital. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), Git, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks (NUnit, xUnit, MSTest) is crucial. Skills in scalable application development, problem-solving, debugging, and design patterns are essential. Collaboration, mentoring, communication, adaptability, and adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies are key.
