Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive Location: Thrissur Salary Package: ₹15,000 + performance-based incentives Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer relationship management, with a strong ability to communicate effectively and resolve client queries. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Address customer needs, inquiries, and complaints in a timely manner. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback. Support sales and service teams in achieving business goals. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Tamil-speaking ability will be an added advantage. Experience in the electrical field preferred. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively. Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability.
