Key Job Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and issuing offer letters. Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation as per company policy. Maintain and update employee database and records. Employee Engagement & Development Organize training sessions, workshops, and development activities in coordination with internal teams (skill, career, wellness). Support team-building initiatives, motivation programs, and employee recognition efforts. Handle employee grievances, feedback, and exit processes with sensitivity and confidentiality. Policy Implementation & Compliance Ensure adherence to HR policies, company values, and government labor laws. Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll coordination with the finance team. Prepare and update HR manuals, employee handbooks, and policy documents. Performance Management Facilitate timely performance evaluations and feedback collection. Monitor performance improvement plans (PIPs) and assist managers in performance review discussions. Administrative & HRMIS Tasks Maintain HRMIS software/tools for employee tracking, task allocation, and reporting. Generate monthly HR reports (attendance, attrition, training logs, etc.) for management. Support for Training Projects Assist with trainer scheduling, student feedback collection, and training program coordination across schools and colleges.
