Job Title : Service Head( Automated Circular Saw Cutting Machine) Company : Exacut Machines Location : Junagadh ,(Gujrat) Department : Service & After Sales Service (Cutting Machines) We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Service Head to join our team at Exacut Machines . As an expert in the machine service , you will be a key member of the company and charter to support the said function which is aligned to the business and functional growth of the company. Company Website: www.exacut.in Qualification: Candidates with a degree (or Polytechnic) in Mechanical Engineering. Required Experience: Candidate should have a minimum 7 -10 + Years service work exposure in Automated Circular Saw cutting Machines or related Machines and have lead a team of service engineers under him/her is the ideal candidate we are looking for . Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for the INSTALLATION and PAN India Service of the Exacut Machines Formation of Team and executing the strategies to ensure proper maintenance by monitoring the teams performance to achieve minimum service complaints from the customers. Creating a Proper SOP for the machine installation and ensuring maintenance to reach the next desired level from the current position. Scheduling Plan for Periodic maintenance of machines at various locations Ensuring proper communication with the existing and new clients for achievement of service results. Lead a team of service support staff in generation and ensuring a Proper Journey Plan of the service personnel on a daily basis. Ensuring a proper reporting of the Service schedules on a daily basis to the head of the organization.
