🌍 You are the catalyst As a Senior Transformation Leader & Founding Member at evvolv.ai, you will shape how organizations reimagine their ways of working in the age of AI. From designing and running high-impact workshops to guiding strategic change programs, you will be the architect of transformation journeys that make teams truly AI-native. It's a founding member role with equity but no salary for now Key Responsibilities: Design and lead executive workshops that uncover opportunities for AI-native transformation. Partner with leadership teams to reimagine workflows, decision-making, and culture for the AI era. Use facilitation tools (Miro, FigJam, Notion, etc.) to co-create strategies and transformation roadmaps. Develop AI adoption playbooks, frameworks, and change management strategies for clients. Collaborate with technical and product teams to align AI solutions with organizational strategy. Build thought leadership and contribute to evvolv.ai’s mission of embedding AI into the DNA of modern companies. What We're Looking For: Proven track record in leading workshops, organizational strategy, or digital transformation programs. Deep expertise in change management, team coaching, and executive facilitation. Strong familiarity with collaboration and facilitation tools (Miro, MURAL, FigJam, Notion). Experience in consulting, organizational design, or transformation leadership . Exceptional communication and storytelling skills — able to inspire both executives and frontline teams.
