The ideal candidate has excellent client communication skills, can understand and translate complex requirements, and deliver smart, scalable Magento solutions. Responsibilities Collaborate directly with clients to understand business goals and technical requirements Architect and implement robust Magento 2 backend solutions Customize Magento modules and develop custom APIs Integrate third-party systems and services Optimize the performance, scalability, and security of Magento stores Guide junior developers and contribute to coding best practices Requirements 6+ years of hands-on experience in Magento 2 backend development Strong expertise in PHP, MySQL, OOP, and Magento coding standards Solid experience with tools such as Git, Composer, Jira , and REST APIs Familiarity with Adobe Commerce (B2B, Cloud Edition) is a plus Proven ability to communicate confidently with international clients Strong problem-solving mindset and consultative approach Ability to write upgrade-safe, scalable, and maintainable code Must-Have Skills Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) Comfortable managing independent client discussions and expectations Deep understanding of Magento architecture, custom module development , and upgrade strategies Why Join Us?
