The Sr. Odoo Developer will be responsible for the design, development, and customization of Odoo modules. Day-to-day tasks include developing back-end solutions, troubleshooting software issues, performing code reviews, and ensuring the performance, reliability, and scalability of the Odoo projects. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, guiding junior developers, and adhering to best practices in Odoo development. Qualifications Strong knowledge in Computer Science and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development Experience in Programming, particularly in Python Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP, including Odoo Implementation, Customization, and Module Development Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage junior developers Experience in AI and machine learning integration is a plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Hands-on Experience with github or similar platform, Odoo.sh as well as Odoo community deployments Odoo certification is plus Odoo Implementation or customization done over Odoo 14 to 18 enterprise as well as community version
