PhD in Polymer Science, Biopolymer Synthesis, or a related discipline 2. Hands-on experience in condensation or step-growth polymerization; preference for candidates with a background in cellulose derivatives and monomerization 3. Strong proficiency in analytical tools such as FTIR, NMR, TGA, DSC, GPC, and SEM for material characterization 4. Prior experience in lignocellulosic biomass extraction and valorization, especially involving cellulose, hemicellulose, and lignin derivatives, is highly valued 5. Must be willing to work full-time on-site at the Chennai R&D facility, with occasional travel to pilot-scale labs for scale-up activities 6.
