● Work along with PDI in-charge to deliver quality tested and defect free vehicles to customers. ● Retrieve VIN Specific PDI sheet from DealerConnect, conduct new vehicle preparation and pre-delivery inspection and file the same ● Conduct minor repairs and adjustments wherever required ● Liaise with workshop for major repair requirements and lead the same ● Ensure efficient execution of all repair work through effective usage of tools and equipment as referred by dealer connect ● Document all work performed and recommended on the repair order. ● Road test the vehicle for specified KMs (driving skills mandatory) ● Proper understanding of technical bulletins and implementation of the same as per requirement ● Knowledge of key identification labels of aggregates, SSTs, body panel gap measurements, paint defects, lifting points, battery condition, usage of multimeter, and other technical aspects of vehicle ● Check DTCs using Wi-Tech and exiting logistics mode ● Recall and RRT completion as per applicability ● Fitment of accessories as per customer orders ● Maintains and is accountable for all dealership-owned tools and manuals.
