Develop a strong understanding of the company's products or services to assist customers more efficiently. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and convey information clearly. Should know Advance Excel to maintain the record. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions for future reference and improvement. Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to address complex customer issues and contribute to a positive team environment. Strive to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication, empathy, and timely issue resolution. Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits- follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
