Role Description This is an on-site contract role for Bouncers based in Bengaluru. The day-to-day tasks include ensuring the safety and security of guests, crowd control, conflict resolution, and guest screening. Bouncers will work at various venues, including nightclubs, events, and private functions, ensuring a safe environment and handling any security issues that arise in a professional manner. Qualifications Physical Security, Personnel Security, and Private Security skills Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities Good judgment and decision-making skills Strong physical presence and fitness level Prior experience in security or related fields is advantageous Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently Valid security license or certification is preferred
