Role Summary This role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing industrial and warehousing transactions - from origination through to closing - while strengthening relationships with key stakeholders and mitigating risks to maximize portfolio value. Education : CA or MBA in finance is a must Deal Origination and Market Intelligence: Identify and pursue high-potential land and ready industrial/warehousing opportunities in line with the fund's investment criteria. Develop and maintain a strong network of industry players - including landowners, brokers, IPCs, and investment bankers - to generate a robust pipeline of opportunities. Investment Evaluation and Due Diligence: Lead financial, legal, and technical due diligence to assess the viability and risks of prospective transactions. Monitor and review ongoing greenfield, ready, and build-to-suit projects against underwriting assumptions to safeguard projected returns. Deal Structuring and Closing: Engage directly with sellers, joint venture partners, and stakeholders to negotiate principal terms and structure transactions. Prepare IC memorandums and deal documents to facilitate internal approval and closing. Liaise with external counsel and financial advisors to resolve legal, financial, and operational issues promptly. Stakeholder Relationship and Process Management: Foster strong relationships with key internal stakeholders - legal, compliance, leasing, project management, and finance - to enable smooth transaction execution. Finance and Accounts Specialist Job Description Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IND AS/ IGAAP Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to senior management and external stakeholders. Consolidate financials for multiple entities Analyse financial performance and variances; provide insights and commentary. Design, implement, and monitor internal controls over financial reporting Ensure standard accounting policies are in place for multiple Entities Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen controls.
