To lead this ambitious expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced professional to serve as the CEO to spearhead our new Infrastructure & Real Estate division, while ensuring the continued growth of our core stone business. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record of driving business growth, managing large teams, overseeing large-scale projects, and ensuring operational excellence in diversified sectors. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and execute long-term business strategies aligned with the organizations vision and growth objectives. Lead the company's transition and expansion into the infrastructure and real estate sectors. Represent the company in key external relationships with government authorities, investors, partners, and stakeholders. Operational & Project Management Oversee the planning and execution of real estate and infrastructure projects from inception to completion. Ensure timely delivery, quality control, budget compliance, and risk mitigation on all projects. Manage cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, engineering, construction, and legal. Financial & Business Management Drive profitability, cost optimization, and revenue generation across all verticals. Build robust financial systems and ensure transparent reporting and corporate governance. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and partnerships. Team Building & Leadership Inspire, lead and mentor senior management and functional heads. Build a high-performance culture with a strong focus on ethics, results, and accountability. Foster innovation, agility, and continuous improvement. Key Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelors in Engineering / Architecture / Commerce with MBA/PGDM preferred. Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience in leadership roles, preferably in infrastructure, construction, real estate, or related industries. Proven experience in handling large-scale projects (Residential, Commercial, or Industrial real estate). Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to drive change and scale operations. Experience in P&L ownership, investor relations, and stakeholder management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills. Understanding of regional market dynamics and regulatory frameworks. Preferred Candidate Profile Prior experience of working in mid to large-sized real estate or infrastructure companies. Exposure to greenfield project execution and end-to-end real estate lifecycle. Familiarity with RERA, local land acquisition processes, project financing, and regulatory compliance.
