Roles and Responsibilities Manage sales activities to achieve revenue targets through effective communication with clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to ocean freight, air freight, and logistics services. Identify market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry. Ensure timely delivery of goods while meeting quality standards. Desired Candidate Profile Responsible for generating new business leads, promoting freight forwarding services (air, sea, and land), and achieving sales targets through client acquisition and relationship building. 3-5 years of experience in sales execution, management, or a related field (export import). Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, custom clearance, shipping lines, NVOCCs, export documentation, and ocean/air freight. Excellent communication skills for building strong client relationships.
