Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Confident, well-groomed, and presentable personality. Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak event seasons. Own vehicle preferred (for client visits). A business degree would be an addition. Bonus Skills (Good to Have) Background in event planning and hospitality.
