Primary Responsibilities
Configure, maintain, and optimize EVM tools and systems to meet organizational needs.
Collaborate with IT, business units, and support teams to align EVM solutions with strategic goals.
Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding team members and promoting best practices.
Analyze event and alert data to reduce noise and improve system performance.
Support project execution through planning, documentation, and delivery of EVM initiatives.
Minimum 4 years of experience with Event and Alert Management technologies (e.g., ServiceNow, PagerDuty).
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
Talent Needed for Success
Strong proficiency in technical documentation, including job aids, process documents, and governance materials.
Skilled in using Office applications, ServiceNow, and PagerDuty for event management and reporting.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and trends in event/alert data.
Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and convey technical insights clearly.
