As a Business Development Manager (BDM) at Evendigits, your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, foster client relationships, and drive the growth strategy of the company. You will need to take a proactive approach to networking, have a good understanding of financial services, and assist clients in navigating through loan documentation and funding procedures. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the client base, generating and qualifying leads through research, networking, and referrals, assisting clients with loan documentation and application processes, coordinating meetings with clients to understand their finance requirements, building long-term relationships with industry professionals, company executives, and lending institutions, maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects, and providing regular updates to senior management. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the internal finance team to ensure accurate proposal and report preparation. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Marketing and have up to 3 years of experience in banking or product marketing. Previous exposure to sales and marketing would be advantageous. Candidates are required to be local or well-acquainted with the Pune region.
