We are seeking a dynamic and professional individual to join our team as a Telemarketing cum Receptionist. In this hybrid role, you will be the first point of contact for our company—both in person and over the phone. You will manage our front desk and provide outstanding customer service, while also actively supporting our sales team by making outbound calls to generate leads and explain our services. Key ResponsibilitiesReceptionist Duties: Greet clients and visitors with a positive and professional demeanor. Answer, screen, and forward all incoming phone calls. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, couriers, and office supplies. Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team. Telemarketing Duties: Make outbound calls to potential clients from a provided database. Clearly and persuasively explain our company's products and services. Identify potential leads and set up appointments for the sales team. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the system. Follow up on leads and assist in meeting sales targets. Required QualificationsProven experience in a telemarketing, customer service, or receptionist role. Excellent communication skills in both English and Kannada are mandatory. Strong interpersonal skills and a polite, friendly, and professional attitude. Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email). Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise. Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Preferred QualificationsPUC (12th Pass) or a Bachelor's degree. Fluency in Hindi or other regional languages.
