As a Service Technician EV 2-Wheeler, your primary responsibility will be diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electric two-wheelers. This entails troubleshooting technical issues, conducting routine servicing, ensuring quality repairs, and providing exceptional customer support. You will be tasked with repairing electric two-wheelers, including addressing battery, motor, controller, and wiring issues. Additionally, you will be required to perform routine maintenance, servicing, and software updates as per company guidelines while ensuring that all repairs adhere to safety and quality standards. Identifying technical faults and offering effective solutions will be a crucial part of your role. You will also need to conduct test rides and quality checks post-repair, as well as assist customers with basic troubleshooting guidance and product usage tips. In terms of spare parts and inventory management, you will be responsible for handling and using spare parts correctly, maintaining records of repairs, parts used, and service reports, and coordinating with the spare parts team to ensure stock availability. Your interactions with customers should be professional, where you will explain repairs and service details, address customer queries, and escalate major issues if necessary. Timely completion of service requests will also be a key aspect of your customer service responsibilities. To qualify for this position, you should have an ITI/Diploma in Automobile, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, along with 0-2 years of experience in two-wheeler servicing (EV experience preferred). Strong knowledge of EV components, electrical systems, and diagnostics will be essential, as well as the ability to use service tools, diagnostic software, and adhere to safety protocols. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Gurgaon, Haryana. The benefits include paid sick time and paid time off.
