Key Responsibilities Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems. Maintain accurate records of service activities, including timekeeping and materials used. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in air conditioning technology. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing technician activities. Qualifications Diploma in HVAC or a related field. 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience as an AC Technician. Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, including repair and maintenance techniques. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
