Located in Kathua, we take pride in our collaborative culture and passion for baking. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales And Marketing Specialist, located in Kathua. The Sales And Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include sales management, training sales staff, and conducting market research to understand and meet customer needs. The specialist will also be involved in creating marketing campaigns to promote our bakery products and increase brand awareness. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Proven sales experience and sales management skills Ability to train and mentor sales staff Proficient in developing and implementing marketing strategies Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Experience in the bakery or food industry is a plus
