Handle inbound and outbound inquiries and convert them into sales. Prepare and share quotations, follow up with clients for closures. Maintain customer data and communication records in CRM. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead support and follow-ups. Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets. Requirements Graduate in any discipline. Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales or tele sales. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities Develop creative designs for digital and print materials such as social media posts, brochures, presentations, posters, and ads. Create branding assets including logos, icons, typography, and color palettes. Collaborate with the marketing team to design content for campaigns, promotions, and corporate communication. Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across platforms. Edit and retouch images, photos, and product visuals as required. Prepare final design files for print and digital publishing. Manage multiple design projects with timely delivery. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, or similar tools. Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and branding principles. Ability to take creative direction and bring ideas to life visually. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
