About the Role: Euro Mechanical is looking for an experienced Estimation & Proposals Engineer to join our EPC & Process Solutions Division . The successful candidate will prepare precise, competitive estimates and bids for mechanical, piping, and structural works while ensuring compliance with international codes and client specifications. This position requires strong technical and analytical skills, deep understanding of EPC project estimation, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to deliver high-quality proposals under tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities Review project drawings, specifications, and scope to prepare accurate cost estimates. Estimate costs for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, and related static and rotating equipment. Quantify materials, fabrication, and manpower to develop detailed BOQs . Evaluate vendor quotations and prepare comparative analyses for management review. Ensure estimates meet relevant ASME, API, and client standards (including ASME Section VIII Div 1 & 2). Utilize software such as PV Elite and TEMA for design validation and estimation. Prepare and submit comprehensive technical and commercial bids as per ITT/RTT/RFQ requirements. Coordinate with project and production teams for clarifications and data accuracy. Maintain and update cost databases and estimation benchmarks.
