The Sales Development Manager will oversee daily sales operations, lead and manage a sales team, identify and generate leads, and drive sales performance to achieve organizational goals. The role involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance market presence and establishing strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Additionally, the Sales Development Manager will be responsible for training and mentoring the sales team to ensure optimal performance and consistent results.
