Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading our client-facing business as the Head of Sustainable Solutions and ESG, driving the evolution of the Foresttwin platform. This critical leadership role combines strategic sales, business development, operational management, and product innovation. The ideal candidate will be a visionary with expertise in sustainable solutions, a proven track record in securing and delivering complex projects, and a passion for leveraging technology for environmental impact. Key Responsibilities: - Business & Platform Strategy: - Develop and execute the business strategy for sustainable solutions, including BRSR Reporting, EUDR compliance, GHG Accounting, LCA & PDD Studies, and Biodiversity Risk Assessment. - Act as the business lead for the Foresttwin platform, collaborating with the product engineering team to define and enhance platform features. - Provide strategic direction to ensure the platform serves the entire carbon credit value chain and biochar marketplace. - Sales & Client Leadership: - Drive sales and business development activities, from lead generation to contract closure. - Act as the primary contact for key clients, advising on ESG and sustainability. - Create and deliver compelling sales proposals showcasing the Foresttwin platform's value proposition. - Project & Operations Management: - Oversee client projects focusing on LCA, PDD, and carbon credit projects, from development to credit issuance. - Utilize the Foresttwin platform for streamlined project management and transparent reporting. - Lead and mentor a team of sustainability professionals, fostering technical excellence and client-centric service. - Product Evolution & Innovation: - Collaborate with the product engineering team to develop new features for the Foresttwin platform. - Integrate new technologies and methodologies to enhance platform capabilities. - Stay updated on market trends, technologies, and regulations to keep services at the industry forefront. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Environmental Science, Business, Technology, or related field. - Experience: Minimum of 10 years in sustainability or climate tech sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role involving business development and operational oversight.
